Jae hung up some streamers and balloons around Jongin's apartment, with the number 18 on the walls in several places made from photographs of Jongin and friends, family, etc. Some of the furniture has been moved around so that people can hide behind it when Jongin is about to move, and as always, there's food and a small bit of booze.
