Destiny walked onto the beach, wincing as she felt the hot sand on her bare feet. She ran to the beach chairs and opened her umbrella as she waited for Jongin.

Jongin walked down the sand, sliding off his shoes and carrying them as he walked. He looked around, for any sign of Destiny, the only reason he'd rushed down to the beach, and breathed a sigh of relief when he saw her. He stepped up slowly from behind.
"I told you it wouldn't be the last time I saw you." He said quietly.

Jongin sat down.
"I know life in Mason might not be perfect for you right now... But if it were perfect, why would it be any fun being here? Shit happens. You get knocked down sometimes. Those battlescars make you stronger. It gets better." He says. "And you know that the people here need you."
He placed his hands together and sighed.
"I know what it's like, okay. There are so many places I left behind."

"How good it feels? It feels awful. Maybe for a few days you're okay... But when you start to think about the people you used to know, when you want to talk to them but you can't, it's more painful than being where you were in the first place." He said.

Destiny shook her head and stood up from the beach chair.
"I have a flight in three hours. I'm really leaving. It's final. I just can't be happy here." She said and held his hand. "Promise me you'll be happy. I don't know, I might text you once in a while but...yeah." She said and sighed.
