The football pitch is where the school team train and play their games. The track team are also welcome, as the track runs around the pitch.

I run to the chairs and sit in the middle of many of them. I bury my face in my palms and cry. It was kind of a strategy to get Mr Whiteside into my pants but it actually reminded me of how it hurts. I continue crying and I take off my shoes and lay on the chairs, crying quietly.
