Seok wheeled his belongings into the dorm, looking around and nodding to himself. Not bad. Everything was new, and it had been done up pretty nicely. He put his bags down by one of the beds and took his replacement phone out of his pocket, walking back in the hallway to try and get a cellular signal.

Jungmin and Jongkook had been out earlier that day to buy hair dye remover, and the strongest stuff they could buy without getting ID'd. As soon as Jungmin saw Seok walk back into the hallway with his phone, he signalled to Jongkook to go into the main dorm room and slid in, throwing his bags down to the bed next to Seok's and kneeling down by his stuff. Shampoo, that's all he needed.

Jongkook had to hold in his laughter as he snuck past Seok, doing similar to Jungmin by putting his bags down by the bed across from Seok's and kneeling near Jungmin as he unzipped Seok's bags. He rummaged through it for a second before pulling out a bottle of shampoo and holding it up. He held out his hand for the dye remover.

Seok held his phone higher and higher as he walked, huffing when he couldn't even get one bar. Come on, there must be internet access here at least? How else were they supposed to study?

Jungmin's eyes flicked to the door for a second before handing the remover over to Jongkook, biting down on his lip as he tried to conceal his laughter. Seok had only had darker hair for the past four or five weeks, after being blonde for several months, and they knew he wanted darker hair for a while. But they also knew that the dye Seok used was cheap and washed out easily with the right remover (because, come on, Seok's mother didn't really like him dyeing his hair and did not fund it), and when better to play a prank on someone?

Jongkook took the dye remover and placed it next to him. He took off his jacket and squeezed some of the shampoo out onto the sleeve. It would wash. He then took the remover and shook it up before squishing it into the shampoo bottle. Luckily, it was the same colour as the shampoo, so hopefully Seok wouldn't notice until it was way too late. He gave the shampoo a quick shake and put it back into Seok's bag, zipping all the open bags up and leaving them just as they'd found them.
Jongkook then picked up his jacket carefully, walking over to the kitchen and finding the bin. He scraped the shampoo into the bin, covering it up with a few wrappers from his pockets.

Jungmin shook his head as Jongkook disposed of the shampoo, silently laughing as he pushed himself up and rolled onto the bed that he'd put his stuff by so as to look completely innocent should Seok walk back in.

After almost ten minutes of trying, Seok decides to go back into the main dorm room. On his way, he found the showers, and decided that he may as well try them out.
He smiles at Jungmin and Jongkook and kneels down by his bags, taking out the stuff for a shower and a towel. He leaves his phone on his bed and and heads back out to the showers, hanging up his towel and closing the door behind him, doing the, yanno, shower stuff after taking off his clothes oh god kae wow.

Jongkook hung his jacket over the bedpost of his bed and mouthed "Oh My God" to Jungmin as Seok headed in the direction of the showers. He had expected the prank to play out in maybe the next few days, not in 10 minutes.

Seok started to wash his hair, taking a large splat of shampoo and lathering it up before putting it in his hair. As he washed it out, he noticed an unusual amount of brown dye washing out. A little bit of colour was supposed to come out each wash, but not as much as like the first time you dye it, when it took almost 10 minutes for the water to clear. Seok decided to wait like he usually did, until all the dark water had gone, and finished off showering quickly. He dried off his hair and wrapped the towel around his body, picking all his stuff up and walking back into the main room.
As soon as he saw his reflection in one of the windows he screamed.
"Which one of you did it?" He asked in his native tongue, almost shouting.
