To own a house in Mason, your character must be over 18. To own an apartment, you must be 16.
Please specify what house you would like (a standard house that most people live in, a luxury house, an apartment..), how many people will be living there and the age of the character purchasing such house. Once your application is accepted, you will find your housing board in the housing sections.
House buying is at a fixed price. See the table below for house prices.
We realise that house prices are unrealistic and that the table is unclear. The second column is the buying price for the building. The third column is the deposit per week (almost like a mortgage) for paying that amount if you were to buy it, and the fourth column is how long it would take to completely buy the place. There is no interest rate. If you were to rent an apartment and were not going to buy it permanently, it would be $30 per month for as long as you are staying in the apartment.
