Beau took the dyeing brush and started spreading the dye over Sungmin's hair, covering each section with the dye and moving around the back of the boy. When he had finished, he set a timer for 30 minutes whilst the dye did its magic.
"Yeah, now we just wait."

Sungmin nodded and pushed himself up, sitting on the edge of the bath and tapping his foot as he watched the time pass by.
"You're better at this than me." He said after a couple of minutes.

Sungmin flicked the shower onto the cold water and wrapped a towel around his neck, looking over at Beau.
"Don't drench me, okay?" He said.

Beau laughed, almost cringing at how awkwardly sexual this would look to anyone else.
"Alright, I promise." He said, smiling and starting to rinse the dye out of Sungmin's hair.

Sungmin sat there, feeling a little awkward as Beau washed the dye out of his hair. He knew the colour was probably a really manky grey, but at least that wouldn't be the permanent colour.

Beau waited a second as the water ran clean and went over Sungmin's hair once more before turning the shower off.
"Right, now towel dry you hair as best as possible." He said, moving over to the corner of the bathroom.

Sungmin stood up and took the towel from around his neck, leaning over slightly and drying his hair as best as he could. He put the towel down on the floor, shaking his head before looking in the mirror.
"Well, it's not... Awful..."

Beau tips his head back as he laughs and nods.
"Yeah, we can dye it black now, don't worry." He says, kneeling back down by the dye and mixing a darker colour.

Sungmin took the towel away from his hair and looked in the mirror as he had done a while earlier and laughed as he saw himself with jet black hair.
"It's nicer than the grey!" He said.

"That's like asking me if my parents have ever scolded me before." He said. Of course, his parents had scolded him in their native tongue before, and naturally he'd had to catch on to what they were trying to say.
