Lyndon glances out of the window after being jolted awake, having fallen asleep after finishing a rather interesting conversation with Jesse. He looks at the clock, making it just after 5pm, and realises that they had finally arrived at the hotel. A smile crawls onto his face, and he nudges Jesse.
"We're here." He tells him, running a hand through his hair and fixing his watch.

Jesse yawns and stretches out his arms after Lyndon taps his shoulder, waking him up from quite a deep sleep. He blinks his hair out of his eyes and looks out of the window, setting his eyes on the most beautiful hotel. He smiles at Lyndon, knowing already that this was going to be no ordinary trip.
"Wow, it's amazing." He says a little loudly, unbuckling himself from the coach seat.

Lyndon nods along, standing up with his register. He attempts to squish himself past Jesse to stand in the aisle, but his foot catches on something on the floor and he trips, landing on his front in Jesse's lap.

At first, Jesse is shocked by the sudden impact that Lyndon had made landing on his lap. It was totally unexpected, but it woke him up from the still quite sleepy haze he had been in several moments ago. It feels like a couple of minutes before he actually reacts, but it is really only a couple of seconds. And he starts laughing.
"You alright?" He asks, trying to muffle the chuckles that had managed to escape his lips.

Lyndon just lays there, wondering what to do to make this situation less awkward. Saying that, it didn't feel as awkward as he had thought it would- Jesse had just begun laughing, which felt okay. He glances up at Jesse and nods.
"Yes, just took a little trip to inspect the floor." He tells him, joining in slightly on the laughter. It felt good to laugh it off.

Jesse smiles down at Lyndon as he glances up, continuing to laugh with him. He knew that they couldn't stay like this forever, just sitting here on the coach laughing at each other, but it already seemed as if this little infinity had been created.
"Do you want a hand?" He asks him, offering his hand.

Lyndon nods and takes Jesse's hand, pulling himself up from his lap and back into the seat he had been sitting in just a couple of minutes previous. He un-scrunches the register, which had been crumpled up in his hand as a result of the fall, and scans down the names, checking them off as he saw them along the coach.
"I'm going to have a little chat with Linda and we should be able to get off the bus in the next 10 minutes or so." He informs Jesse, pushing himself out of his seat and successfully squishing past him without falling over. He heads to the front, nudging Ms. Kirkbridge and asking her about getting into the rooms.

Linda turns to see Lyndon tapping on her shoulder, and nods as he asks her about leaving the bus.
"Yes, I'll tell everybody now," she tells him, taking the microphone from the coach driver and standing in the aisle. "Welcome to Arizona, everyone! We're here at the beautiful Princess Mary Hotel, where we will be boarding throughout this trip. As you get off the coach, you will be directed towards the main entrance. Inside is the welcome desk, where you will find a list of rooms reserved by our school. We have put together a boarding list, but long story short- the boys are in room 111, and the girls are across the hall in room 121. Once you find your name, you will be asked to produce your passport to prove your identity before receiving a key, which will get you in and out of your room. Female teachers will be staying in room 122, and male teachers in room 112. If you have any problems unpacking, please come and find one of us. You're free to roam about the hotel until dinner!" She tells the students, before sitting back down so that the aisle was clear for people to exit.

Jesse listens as Linda speaks, before sliding himself out of the aisle and exiting the coach. The luggage hold is already open, so he finds his case and pulls it out, dragging it along to the welcome desk. He flashes them his passport, and they hand him his room key before he heads to the elevator, pressing the button and waiting.

Lyndon watches as Jesse exits the bus, following suit. He passed the receptionist one of his passports, and she smiles at him as she reads the cover stating that it was a 'British and Northern Irish' passport. For some reason, that made everyone smile, although he wasn't sure why. Maybe they just like foreigners. She hands him his key, and he makes his way over to Jesse by the lift just as the doors slide open.
"Interesting place," he says admiringly.

Jesse steps into the elevator, nodding as Lyndon comments upon the hotel.
"Yeah, you're just trying to get rid of the fact that you handed them your old passport." He says with a small laugh, pulling his case into the elevator with him and pressing the button for the first floor.

Lyndon fakes offence, turning to face the wall of the lift as the doors closed on them. He did admit that he didn't really intend on giving his old passport, but it was still in date.
"It's still a valid form of identification until..." He flips open his passport, checking the expiration date, " ...March 11, 2022. So there's no reason not to." He shrugs it off, waiting for the 'ding!' as they reached floor 1.

Jesse slams the button for the doors to open with his thumb, wheeling his suitcase into the hall. He looks along the room numbers, counting for 112 until finally placing his finger on it. He slides his key into the door, twisting it around and pushing the door open to reveal the spectacular room.
"Well, it's quite nice." He admits, walking in and claiming his bed by placing a suitcase on top of it.

Lyndon follows Jesse to the room, sensing that he was quite eager to get this over with. He hadn't seen him rush like this before.
"What's bothering you?" He asks, hauling his suitcase onto the bed closest to the window and unzipping it, beginning to take a couple of shirts out and laying them on the bed.
